Hello larry, I went to the Raleigh NC Location to get another set of Rims and tire, and they denied my business. I am very upset, I have paid off one set of rims and tire, bought new tires for those rims paid those off, got a set for my madza 6 back in sept, after my last issue i told u about in sept I return all product I was renting. now I'm getting denied for business. Can you please have the owner of that franchise to please call me, I have paid off all items i have rented, accept when I had an issue with that employee and I return all items. my name and number is on all paperwork in your raleigh office. cell# on paper work 5978 last 4 for cell#.
I AM VERY PIST. I HAVE BEEN WITH RENT N ROLL( ROCK HILL SC) FOR 2 1/2 MONTHS NOW AND NEVER BEEN LATE THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE AND A GUY NAME AARON THAT WORKS THERE RAN MY PAYMENT OFF OF MY CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT WILL KEEP MY CARD NUMBER AND USE IT WHEN THEY WANT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH A COMPANY THAT WILL TREAT THERE CUSTOMERS THIS WAY. THIS MISSED UP MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I HAD OTHER BILLS SET FOR THIS ACCOUNT AND ACTUALLY WAS BRINGING IN MY PAYMENT THIS WEEK ALONG WITH MY TIRES BECAUSE MY TIRE HAS A NAIL IN IT BUT NOW I AM DONE. SOMETHING SHOULD REALLY BE DONE ABOUT THIS.
Hello Larry, 2 1/2 weeks past and I never heard from the location, I called them several time just to get a response of were are still working on your issue. So the day before my payment was due I return all products.
Hello Larry, Thanks for creating RNR. I have been an customer of RNR for more than 4 years. Customer service at my location in raleigh has got worst that I return a set of rims and tires for my Madza, and might return the Tires for my montero sport if they don't fix my issue. I have been thru employee telling me one price for tires, then switching prices, from me telling the MGT u have my debit card so take the payments and they still wasnt taking the payment, then they finally fixed it on a previous lease of tires, then stop taking the money off of my debit card for more than4 weeks then call me to tell me i'm late and my 120 day was over, they did fix it. Then the last issue was an employee getting rude with me on the phone last week, so i return the rims and tire to my madza and I might return the tires for my suv if they dont fix my issue.

I had some issue with RNR, but, after discussing the issues with you...you listened and you reacted. I am very pleased with the results I got concerning my issues. Justin was very polite, helpful and understanding this round. Thank you for all your help and support.
