The Sales associates are responsible for all aspects of customer service. The primary responsibilities include working the sales floor and answering the phone, but duties extend to counter collections, resolving customer problems, assisting in the verification process, maintaining displays and assisting with general housekeeping requirements to keep the store clean and orderly. Quotas set by our Home Office are to be met and exceeded every month, which will reward successful Sales Associates with our strong commission program.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Solid customer service and sales skills

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and must demonstrate sound judgment and decision making ability.

• Dynamic, self-motivating individuals

• Strong multi-tasking skills

• High School diploma required

• Clean background / driving record a must

• RENT-TO-OWN EXPERIENCE A PLUS, BUT NOT NECESSARY
