- Had a flat yesterday, the keysomehow broke and was stuck. RnR were nice to enough to give me twokeys for $10 and a lug nut to replace the one that was stripped. After replacing the tire at discount tire, they informed me that the hub ring were of the wrong size. Went back to RnR to ask for the right ones, and still they wanted to charge $10 for two simple hub rings. The installer had walked outwit...h the manager according to Juan, and he said he was going to install the hub rings, but after Dustin reassured him not to charge me for the hub ringsallofa sudden Juan said he had work to do and I would have to wait at least an hour for a 10 minute job. Worst customer service ever received, would not recommend this to any of my friends. Last but not least the "special" locks given or installed are not of high quality or security because every tire shop that I know has the same key to the lugs.
