I really liked the service we received from this store. Unfortunately, we fell behind and have been struggling and this is the only company that is no longer willing to work with us. They have stated the product is to be returned immediately! I have told them where the tires are and they are refusing to go get them. Instead they say they are going to prosecute. They are good as long as you pay, but once you fall behind BEWARE!!! If people could afford to just go out and buy tires and wheels they wouldn't even be in business. Be careful, the best thing to do is just save your money up and go out and buy the products right then.

I have to travel for the holidays tomorrow and what am I supposed to do now? Just does not seem like good customer service to me....I am one dissatisfied customer at this moment!!!!!!
