I have to post my opinions to the members, people shopping around
for wheels, and the web surfers for future reference pertaining to
Rent n Roll.
First, I wanted to inform everyone that I shopped around for the perfect rims for about 3 weeks. I went to different locations other than rent and roll. I chose to purchase my rims, instead of rent because I saved money for about a year and I was ready to get them... it was the icing on the cake for my car. The very first day I went to rent n roll, I had no intention of buying that day, I just wanted to see what they had to offer. The manager of the store, his name is Adrian(honest guy) informed me they might not be the cheapest in town but they offer quality products, 100% customer satisfaction, and lifetime rotation, balance, and tire repair. I looked around and a sales associate Mesha (who is awesome) asked me what I was looking for. I told her I was interested in purchasing 20'' for my 06 Impala, and something girly. Well, I ended up seeing some rims on
the wall that were already in store and said, ya know what, I want those. This was at 5 p.m. and they close at 6 pm. I asked if I bought them today would they put them on....without hesitation the manager Adrian said of course...and did just that. Well, when I left RNR, a couple of days went by, and I said to myself... I just paid for these, and I'm not happy with the size or style..these just aren't me. I was bummed out about it thinking I had no other options due to the fact I wasn't renting, but just out right purchased the item. I called 6 days later, and I informed Mesha who answered the phone that I was so happy with their service, just not the wheels size and model(i picked these out not their fault),...and she talked over my situation with Adrian, and they asked me what was I interested in purchasing. I told them I found something perfect in one of the catalogs they let me view. Adrian and Mesha told me if I wanted to go with 22''s and a different style then there would be a price difference(which is expected) and that they would have to order the rims and tires. They did just that for me, and earlier today they arrived on their first truck. Actually, they called me a day before the wheels got in the store. (I was so impressed with this) So today, I got the 22' Velocity 820 (so hot on my car) and I was so happy. I love them so much. I was grateful they allowed me to turn my other wheels in, and order some to my satisfaction.
Within the 6 days of meeting the Manager Adrian, the sales associate Mesha, and other staff members (wish I could remember their names)
Comment by Jessica M on March 24, 2011 at 9:40am By the way, I don't mind paying the difference in 20'-22. And I would possibly like to go with a different style. I am in the process of customizing my car, and in about 2 weeks it is going to be chromed out all the way around....so I was wanting to look into some 22'' painted with some black detail also.
Comment by Jessica M on March 24, 2011 at 9:36am I purchased some 20' chrome akuzza wheels 6 days ago...went ahead and paid for the entire costs of wheels. I came in late, and the store was great for taken care of me and putting the wheels on right before close. One I saw them on the car, I was iffy about them, just not as big as I imagined. By the
time I got to see them, the store was closed and all the guys were leaving for the day(no big deal) but anyway...is there anyway that I can go back to the store, and switch those for some 22'? I paid almost 2000 dollars for these rims, and just want to be happy. Is this a possibility? Please let me know.
