RNR Wheels & Tires

We Didn't Re-Invent the Wheel... Just The Wheel Business.

FAQs

Please feel free to post questions to store locations if you don't find what you are looking for here.

  1. What is RENT-N-ROLL?
    • RENT-N-ROLL is a program that allows you to pay for the wheels and/or tires you want in easy weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payments with no credit hassles.
  2. Can I Buy instead of Rent?
    • Of course. We offer the lowest cash prices on wheels or tires and have a huge selection of both new and previously rented merchandise.
  3. What do I need to get started?
    • Simply bring in a valid drivers license, current pay stubs, utility bill, vehicle registration and your social security card.
  4. What brands do you carry?
    • Brands vary by location, but we carry just about every major brand in both wheels and tires. A few examples are: Goodyear, Michelin, Pirelli, Dub, KMC, Lexani and many more... If you have a favorite, call a location near you to find out if they have it available.
  5. How should I care for my wheels?
    • We recommend treating your wheels' finish just like your cars' finish. Wash and wax with a cleaner made for automobiles when the wheels are cool. Never use abrasive cleansers, steel wool pads or polishing compounds. Beware of automatic car washes. Some washes use acid cleaners either before or during the wash to remove dirt and grime. Others use stiff brushes for cleaning wheels and tires. Both of these processes could harm your wheel's finish. Ask the employees or manager of the car wash about their equipment and procedures before entering the wash. Most importantly, enjoy your wheels!
  6. What can you tell me about RNR?
    • RNR/RENT-N-ROLL opened the doors to their first location in Tampa, FL October 2000. Currently there are over 60 stores nationwide. RNR offers to the customer a place with skilled employees that are trained to service high-end custom wheels as well as your traditional passenger tire. RNR continues to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to customer relations and professional service technicians. Many locations are franchise stores right in your community and look forward to building a lasting relationship to continue to offer you outstanding service.
  7. Why would I want nitrogen put in my tires?
    • For tire inflation, there’s nothing better than nitrogen. Nitrogen provides better maintenance of tire pressure which maximizes...Fuel Economy, Handling, Safety & Reliability, Tire Life...and it’s better for the environment!
  8. Is nitrogen dangerous?
    • Absolutely Not. 78.1% of the air we breathe is nitrogen. Nitrogen is a non-flammable, inert gas which does not support combustion, as oxygen does. Nitrogen will not cause any increased chance of an explosion or fire during a vehicle accident. Therefore, nitrogen is actually much safer than compressed air for virtually any tire application - and one reason why it is used by commercial aircraft and professional race teams around the world.

Tee, Unfortunately,  we do not have any stores in Delaware currently. For a complete list of stores, you can access locations right on this website or our Brand New website later this month !! Just hit the store location button at the top of this page and you should see them !!

I live in Delaware and I am trying to find a location that is nearest to me.  This new way of finding locations thru Facebook does not work for me.  I do not live within 50 miles of any of the locations but I would like to visit one of the stores. Can I get a list of stores via email or something?

How do you make an online payment?
Comment by Larry Sutton on April 17, 2013 at 11:23am

Terri, it depends on your location . If you are within 25 miles of one of our locations you can use the Rent n roll plan. If not we could sell you the wheels and tires you want at a very good price and ship them to you.

ALSO WHEN I SIGNED UP, I PAID A DOWN PAYMENT, NO ONE COULD EXPLAIN TO ME HOW MUCH OF THAT WOULD BE CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT. COME TO FIND OUT ABOUT $50 OF IT WAS FOR A RIM CLEANER KIT THAT I DIDNT REQUEST, ESPECIALLY SINCE I WAS JUST BUYING TWO TIRES AND DIDNT NEED IT. I ASKED IF I COULD STILL PAY IT AND HAVE IT CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT, IM NOT SURE THAT WAS DONE. I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO SEE A PRINT OUT OF MY ACCOUNT SHOWING HOW MUCH IS GOING TO THE ACTUAL TIRES AND WHAT MY PAYOFF IS.

Dear David, I am sorry there appears to be a comunication problem on the account! Our system absolutely can tell you when your 120 day period is over ! To be frank a lot of people do not make their 120 days same as cash date , however , you can still take a 50% discount anytime you pay off your account so you are not stuck paying the full 18 month amount ! Apparently someone has not explained that to you ! What store are you dealing with and I will have the owner contact you ! I am sure we can make you a happy satisfied customer !!

i am a minute from filing a complaint with BBB i am a repeat customer. i purchased a set off 22" rims and tires and i was never late on not one payment. u guys dont treat ur repeat customers any better than joe blow (any new customer). my wife had a accident and blew a tire, so i had to purchase two new tires. i have paying on em for almost 3 months and no one in ur shop can give me the correct payoff amount. im tired of hearing false numbers. i had a hardship and no cant payoff in the120 days period so im told ill be screwed into paying for 18 months on two tires that cost $450 combined. So this will cost me a total of $1,560.00 for two tires since i cant payoff within the 120 days. heck ur guys cant even tell me when my 120 days last day is. im just going to file a complaint with the BBB. Yea u guys are great for letting people have merchandise upfront but ur rapping me outa $1120.00 for $450 credit if i dont payoff in 120 days. anyhow ur system should be able to show customers wat their payoff is. ive been paying 3 months.just made a payment and the starting balance was around $480 and i call and ask today wats the payoff as of date they said $486 and no one can tell me when my last payoff date is.
