RNR Wheels & Tires

We Didn't Re-Invent the Wheel... Just The Wheel Business.

FAQs

Please feel free to post questions to store locations if you don't find what you are looking for here.

  1. What is RENT-N-ROLL?
    • RENT-N-ROLL is a program that allows you to pay for the wheels and/or tires you want in easy weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payments with no credit hassles.
  2. Can I Buy instead of Rent?
    • Of course. We offer the lowest cash prices on wheels or tires and have a huge selection of both new and previously rented merchandise.
  3. What do I need to get started?
    • Simply bring in a valid drivers license, current pay stubs, utility bill, vehicle registration and your social security card.
  4. What brands do you carry?
    • Brands vary by location, but we carry just about every major brand in both wheels and tires. A few examples are: Goodyear, Michelin, Pirelli, Dub, KMC, Lexani and many more... If you have a favorite, call a location near you to find out if they have it available.
  5. How should I care for my wheels?
    • We recommend treating your wheels' finish just like your cars' finish. Wash and wax with a cleaner made for automobiles when the wheels are cool. Never use abrasive cleansers, steel wool pads or polishing compounds. Beware of automatic car washes. Some washes use acid cleaners either before or during the wash to remove dirt and grime. Others use stiff brushes for cleaning wheels and tires. Both of these processes could harm your wheel's finish. Ask the employees or manager of the car wash about their equipment and procedures before entering the wash. Most importantly, enjoy your wheels!
  6. What can you tell me about RNR?
    • RNR/RENT-N-ROLL opened the doors to their first location in Tampa, FL October 2000. Currently there are over 60 stores nationwide. RNR offers to the customer a place with skilled employees that are trained to service high-end custom wheels as well as your traditional passenger tire. RNR continues to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to customer relations and professional service technicians. Many locations are franchise stores right in your community and look forward to building a lasting relationship to continue to offer you outstanding service.
  7. Why would I want nitrogen put in my tires?
    • For tire inflation, there’s nothing better than nitrogen. Nitrogen provides better maintenance of tire pressure which maximizes...Fuel Economy, Handling, Safety & Reliability, Tire Life...and it’s better for the environment!
  8. Is nitrogen dangerous?
    • Absolutely Not. 78.1% of the air we breathe is nitrogen. Nitrogen is a non-flammable, inert gas which does not support combustion, as oxygen does. Nitrogen will not cause any increased chance of an explosion or fire during a vehicle accident. Therefore, nitrogen is actually much safer than compressed air for virtually any tire application - and one reason why it is used by commercial aircraft and professional race teams around the world.

Dear krash180
I can't imagine why you had such a bad experience! I want to apologize for that happening and I will have that franchise owner contact you asap to find out what possibly could have happened! I do not what tires you were looking for but we carry every brand we advertise and should be able to satisfy your needs. As I am sure you know, there would no useful purpose to bring in to a store and not be able to help them. Any business is dependent on their customers to survive!!as far as the distance problem there are certain limitations on how far awaybfrom the store we are authorized to use the rental plan however we try to stretch it as far as possible. Please post your email address on this site and I will have the franchise owner get in touch with you.I am certain he will be interested to investigate your complaint and try to resolve it!!

Dear upset customer, please provide your name and contact info so we can have the local franchise owner get in touch with you!! I am very concerned about the apparently bad service you received as well as the apparent horrible attitude you report!! I can assure you the local owner will not tolerate either!!

I am in Arkansas, about 116 miles from the nearest RNR in Little Rock. Will I qualify for an opportunity to get some service through u guys?
Comment by Larry Sutton on December 3, 2010 at 11:07am
Hey Mike, Some stores do have 26" Rims in stock and most have a local warehouse that can bring them to the store the same or next day!! Depending on the circumstances you might be able to put them on the Rent-n-Roll plan, by buying the tires at the lowest price available anywhere and putting the wheels on the Rent-n-Roll plan!! If you prefer to pay all of it up fron, we offere a 20% instant buyer rebate and a low price guaranty
Comment by Mike Jones on December 2, 2010 at 7:18pm

Dear Rhonda, You will need to check with with your local RNR store to find out their policy on trade ins! Generally speaking you will not be requried to make a down payment when using the Rent-n-Roll Program!
Comment by Rhonda Withun on November 14, 2010 at 12:00pm
I have a set of 18"s and is in the process of seeking new ones. Do you take them as part of a payment or buy them?
