Position Descriptions

Store Manager

The Store Manager is directly responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing all sales, accounting, service and collection activities at the single-store level; delegation of certain elements of each priority to trained employees; controlling in-store programs and plans to meet company objectives and assigned store quotas;  and organizing and conducting a planned program of continuous training for all store employees.

Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

  • Hire, train, manage and inspire technicians and counter sales people
  • Ensure strong sales and financials
  • Maintain RNR policies and ensure the security and safety of the facility
  • Demonstrate and promote excellent customer service every day

Account Manager

The RNR Account Manager is responsible for contacting all customers who's Rental Agreements have expired and to work with them in whatever way feasible to maintain the account.  This position, though requiring extensive telephone collection type activity, is more a sales that collections job.  The Account Manager's priority is to re-sell the Rental Agreement and educate the customer rather that simply calling to collect money.

Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

  • Monitor contact programs
  • Contact expired rental agreement customers to find a solution to maintain the account
  • Schedule voluntary turn-ins of products
  • Handle field collections and de-installations

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

The CSR is responsible for all aspects of relating with the customer.  The CSR's primary responsibility is sales on the floor and over the phone but duties extend into counter collections, resolving customer problems, assisting in the verification process, maintaining displays and assisting with the general housekeeping requirements to keep the store clean and orderly.

Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

  • Greet customers and determine their needs
  • Answer phone calls
  • Assist customers with finding the product they want or need for their vehicle
  • Work with the Store Manager to reach sales goals
  • Keep store showroom, waiting areas and parking lot clean and orderly at all times

Wheel/Tire Technician

The Wheel/Tire Tech is responsible for installation and removals.  The technician is also responsible for properly completing all paperwork involved with any install or removal, keeping the install bay and stock room clean and well-organized, staying in contact with the store manager to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and operational and assisting with product and supply orders.

Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

  • Assist senior wheel tech in recommending product and supply orders
  • Check-in delivered merchandise and receive the merchandise into the computer system
  • Label merchandise with item numbers
  • Clean and maintain turned-in products
  • Complete all installs according to the company guidelines
